A contact is a single person recorded in your account. FlightDeck lets you store critical information, including your contact’s phone number, email, address, as well as meeting histories, payments, invoices, conversations, emails and notes and beyond.

The specific details you record about your contacts can easily be edited and added. FlightDeck is designed to adapt itself to exactly the data you need to store about your customers.
You can add / store unlimited contacts. No extra costs. Why would anyone limit how many customers you have?
A user is someone who has authority to access the FlightDeck software via their own username and password. Users can be managed via an admin account.
How many users are included? FlightDeck lets you add as many team members you need at no additional cost.
Users can be added or modified anytime by you from your settings > "MyTeam" menu.
FlightDeck implementation is designed to give you the strategy, training, support and done-for-you services you need to get up and running as quickly as possible in the beginning and maximize the value you get from FlightDeck in the long term.

No! You are not required to have our team do the Implementation for you. You can use your own staff or external expert if you wish.
Things to keep in mind: After over 20 years of helping small businesses implement software, build marketing plans, build website and run social media, we’ve seen that the businesses that have the most success and get the most value for their money are those who have strategy, support and services to help them implement their software.
When companies fully execute, they experience game-changing results. Conversely, those who purchase the software with good intentions but don’t fully execute, fail to get results, and that doesn’t benefit anyone.
We understand that no one likes a bigger price tag on their software, but this is one of those “you’ll thank us later” situations. The time and money you’ll save with a successful implementation will far exceed your investment in even the most robust implementation package we offer.
Can I cancel at any time? Yes. However, if you’re on an annual contract, please be aware that you’ll be charged a $299 early termination fee if you cancel your subscription before the end of your one-year contract term.
To cancel, initiate your cancellation request at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date by calling Customer Support at 1-866-810-5155 and talking to a FlightDeck representative.
Are there separate fees for receiving customer payments with FlightDeck?
Yes. But not from us. Flightdeck gives you the choice which payment processor you wish to connect with. They will have different fees and percentages for their services. In most cases, FlightDeck will allow you to connect directly with their system for auhtorizations and processing payments via the platform. We recomment that you verify any fee or external conenction costs with your provider.
Typically, each processor will charge their standard processing fee for each payment that is collected. The rates are the same as what you’d pay if not using FlightDeck.
When you accept payments with FlightDeck, our integrated processing, gives you complete visibility into all your transactions. This improves reporting and troubleshooting.
What type of support do you provide?
With FlightDeck, you’ll receive call-in support from our U.S.-based customer support team during business hours Monday-Friday, and 24/7 online Ai Chat support.
You can also reach out to your Customer Success Manager for help with strategy and finding the resources you need. Plus, you have free access to periodic live training events and online learning platform as new features get introduced in the platform.
If you subscribed to a Managed Plan, you'll have access to team members based on your subscription plan.
